Problem with Ultimate Bet

Hi,
The software works well when I want to load hands after playing, but when I want to use it while
I'm playing it says : error impossible to load hands or smthing like that. What am I supposed to do please?

I can't use PAHUD because I already tried the trial version and did'nt buy it. So I can't try your solution.
Is there any other possibilities please?

The solution then is to wait until the session is over to import the hands. UB is locking the files, it's not a PT issue, you can't even open these files manually using Windows Explorer while you are at the table. I would suggest you email UB support to complain about it.

If I didnt buy PAHUD that's because I didnt manage to configure it with the miniview on Titan Poker. Do you
know if it's easy to configure with UB and if it will solve my problem for sure. I'm sorry to ask that but as I can't use
the trial version, I want to be sure that could be the solution.

and reference this post and ask if they can extend your trial for 30 more days so you can test out the UB functionality.

There is only one thing that disturbs my play :
stats displayed by PAHUD are always blinking and itsn't
pleasurable to watch the screen.
Promise it's the last thing I ask to you ;)
