BB/100 in blinds with vpip filter on

Sorry if this has been asked before but I didn't find anything. Also I wasn't sure where I should post it, so just move it if it's in the wrong subforum.

I've been looking at the hands I played from the blinds under the positions tab and filtering for vpip. What I don't know is whether PT takes into account the blind or not when calculating the BB/hand. Let's say my BB/hand for AT is -.3/hand from the BB. Does that mean that I'm losing .3/hand on top of the posted blind or am I actually "winning" .2/hand because folding would result in a .5/hand loss?

It is the net amount won or lost, including blinds.
