Is there a list available of what all the final hand IDs are?

Where are you looking for these IDs? There's a lookup table in the database called lookup_hand_ranks and depending where you're looking that might be what you want.

How do I look up hand ranks in the database?

If you look at the schema file in C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\Data\Schemas - it's called schema.postgres.sql and you can open it in notepad or any other text editor, you can see the values of the lookup_hand_ranks_ table there in their entirety (search for lookup_hand_ranks).

Is it possible to use the flg_f_threeoak in a statistic? Or similar?

Like

Column 1:
sum(if[ fl_f_threeoak AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_check_raise), 1, 0

Column 2:
sum(if[ fl_f_threeoak), 1, 0

Stat
Column 1 / Column 2 * 100

Am I even on the right track here?

You need to specify the table, which is holdem_hand_player_combinations - so it'd be holdem_hand_player_combinations.flg_f_threeoak - otherwise that will work.

Im trying this and it is saying it is invalid SQL. Any ideas?

sum(if[holdem_hand_player_combinations.flg_f_highcard AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet), 1, 0

This is valid

sum(if[ holdem_hand_player_combinations.flg_f_highcard AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet, 1, 0 ])

Will it work for counting number of times player cbet the flop with high cards? Only once went to showdown though.

This will only work properly if we know the player's hole cards - if they didn't go to showdown or otherwise show their cards, we don't know their hand strength.
