Part of stats doesn't visible

Hello,

I've met a strange trouble with PT3, some part of stats doesn't visible (all kind of information), it seems like I have two different databases. When I launch PT I can see one part of history, than I click "refresh" button and see different history, which doesn't crossed previous one.
Housekeeping of the database did not help.

Have anyone met such a problem?

Do you have the same screen name at two different poker sites?

No, I use PT only with PokerStars site

Try clicking Clear at the top right of PT3 and see if that helps - if you have a filter set, it may only show you a portion of your total data.
