Reading fragmentally the forum, sometimes I meet messages that one or other column is not working properly and Support survice is working on this (for example, one of fields became "fixed" at new PT3 version). So is anywhere in forum the complete list of such bugs? Or is it possible to post it? It will help much to sort which kind of parameters to work on now and which ones later.

Sorry, there isn't a publishable bug list - it would take too much work to maintain.
If a search for any problem that you have doesn't throw anything up, please report it and let us worry about whether it is a known issue or not.
I agree that it would be useful, but we've tried having public buglists before, and they're really hard to keep up to date, and most people don't read them before posting anyway..
